NestHouse DUO model.
2 x single berth accommodation
The NestHouse DUO model was specifically developed for the Social Bite Village. It is an open floorplan 3.4m wide x 3.6m-7.2m long unit available in 1.2m increments which can simply be used by itself as a studio, writer's retreat, hobby room, home office etc. but fundamentally forms the starting point for the NestHouse modular design with the addition of any combination of the modules available:
Modules: Bathe, Kitchen, 2 x Sleep Niche = two single berths
By adding these modules it can be tailored to more complex functions right up to standalone permanent living accommodation: a NestHouse for micro living, first time buyers, homesteading, ADU accessory dwelling unit, granny annexe etc.
Shell Build or Complete Build
There are two build levels: Shell or Complete. Buy the shell and finish it yourself - think of it as a blank canvas!
NB. VAT rates vary depending on construction, size and end use. The NestHouse space model: studio workshop or office.
